1. Products & Authenticity

CircuitPoint guarantees that all products sold on our platform—including computer parts, laptops, networking equipment, SSDs, RAM, CCTV cameras, and gadgets—are 100% genuine and sourced from official channels/distributors.

2. Pricing & GST

• All prices listed on CircuitPoint are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless specified otherwise.
• GST Tax Invoices with your company GSTIN can be issued for business orders provided accurate GST details are entered during checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors due to system glitches prior to order dispatch.

3. Order Acceptance & Shipping

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud.

4. Warranty & Manufacturer Support

All hardware products carry standard brand manufacturer warranty across India. CircuitPoint will assist customers with brand warranty claim procedures and invoice validation.
